Butch's Venison or Elk marinade.
This is just great for grilled steaks
1/4 cup Bourbon
1/4 cup salad oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 garlic cloves chopped fine
1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl - mix well. Add elk or venison steaks
and cover. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Cook on low flame,
basting occasionally with marinade on outdoor grill until medium rare.
