Salmon/Steelhead Marinade Recipe

2 Tbl. Balsemic Vinegar.
1 Tbl. Olive Oil
1 Tbl. Finely Chopped Lemon Peel “Zest”
1 Clove Fresh Minced Garlic
1 Tsp. Dry Mustard
1 Tsp. Salt (optional)
¾ Tsp. Black Pepper

Directions.

Combine all the above ingredients in order. Marinate fish portions in this marinade using a ziplock bag for at least 2 hours before baking. Place the fish in a baking dish and cover with the marinade. Bake uncovered at 375°F. for 25 minutes or until done to taste.
