VENISON STEW

Made in your crock pot while you are away at work or camp!!
1 to 1 1/4 pounds - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Cubed Game Meat
2 Tbl. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -All Purpose Flour
2 Tbl. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Salad Oil
1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Medium Onion, cut into wedges
2 1/2 Cups - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Potatoes, Cubed
1 Cup - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Frozen Cut Green Beans
1 Cup - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Frozen Whole Kernel
Corn
1 Cup - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Frozen Sliced Carrots
2 1/2 Cups - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Vegetable Juice Cocktail
2 Tsp. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Instant Beef Bouillon Granules
2 Tsp.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Marjoram, crushed
1/2 Tsp. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Oregano, crushed
1/4 Tsp. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Black Pepper
1 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Bay Leaf

Place browned meat cubes into the bottom of a 3 1/2 to 4 Quart Crock Pot. Place on top the meat, the Onion Wedges and then the Potatoes, Green Beans, Corn and Carrots. Mix all the other ingredients together, Vegetable Juice Cocktail, Bouillon Granules, Worcestershire Sauce, Marjoram, Oregano, Pepper and Bay Leaf. Pour this mixture over the Meat and Vegetables in the Crock Pot. Place Cover on and cook on the Low setting for 10 to 12 hours or until the Meat is tender and the Vegetables are done.
This is another Great Recipe to make ahead, can it up, and re-heat for a quick meal at camp or lunch or dinner anytime.
